If you live in Cambridgeshire and are looking for a friendly community club to get your child started in youth football, you’ve come to the right place.

St Ives Rangers is run by a large team of passionate volunteers, who for more than 50 years have encouraged junior players of all ages and every level of ability to fall in love with the sport.

Founded in 1972, over the past half a century we’ve built Rangers into the biggest football club in the county, with more than 400 players and over 100 qualified coaches and parent helpers across 30+ teams.

Our teams start from Under-7 and go all the way through the age groups to adult football
St Ives Rangers teams enjoy some of the best facilities in Cambridgeshire at One Leisure St Ives Outdoor – 12 grass pitches, plus 4 mini soccer 3G pitches
All of our coaches are FA qualified and fully DBS checked
We take child welfare and safeguarding seriously, with a dedicated team of Welfare Officers
The club has a full set of Football Association excellence qualifications, including The Charter Standard Club, The Charter Standard Community Club, and The Charter Standard Adult Club Awards

Most importantly, our club exists to give every child the chance to play football. St Ives Rangers players receive excellent coaching that helps them develop as footballers, but more importantly they meet new friends, learn what it means to be part of a team, and get the chance to represent a club that believes in the enormous benefits of playing grassroots football.
